RPCK continues its top Corporate / M&A and Banking & Finance rankings by the JUVE Verlag.

In the new Corporate / M&A ranking, JUVE highlighted RPCK’s Venture Capital and Social Impact focus alongside its international and private client strength, with Dr. Keyvan Rastegar once more recommended by competitors as “strong in venture capital“.

JUVE also reported on the corporate law reforms of the Ministry of Justice for the planned new Austrian Limited (also referred to as FlexCo), to which Keyvan Rastegar has been prominently contributing.

Once again, JUVE highlighted the close ties to the New York office and the cross-border matters, such as Circulate Capital or Malaria No More.

Finally, the team’s expansion with experienced counsel Edgar Langeder was mentioned in the ranking as well as the increase in transactions.
