Keyvan graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Vienna. He is a triple-qualified member of the bars of Vienna (Rechtsanwalt), New York (Attorney at Law), and England and Wales (Solicitor), as well as a commissionar of the examining board of the Vienna bar.
