Keyvan is the founder of the Vienna office and advises in venture capital, corporate/M&A, and finance. He frequently helps investors and entrepreneurs achieve strong growth and game changing outcomes.

He is considered one of the leading cross-border experts on ESG-regulations in the EU and US.
Keyvan is frequently consulted by governments and industry groups in legislative reform, most recently in creating the new corporate entity “Flexible Company” (FlexCo), virtual shareholder meetings, employee stock ownership taxation, international commercial litigation reform, and rapidly evolving ESG regulation.
He teaches corporate and venture capital law, and is active in the venture capital, start-up and green/social entrepreneurship communities.
Keyvan graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Vienna. He is a triple-qualified member of the bars of Vienna (Rechtsanwalt), New York (Attorney at Law), and England and Wales (Solicitor), as well as a commissioner of the examining board of the Vienna bar.
