Keyvan is the founder of the Vienna office and advises in venture capital, corporate/M&A, and finance matters.
He works closely with investors and entrepreneurs, frequently helping them achieve strong growth and game changing outcomes.

Keyvan is frequently commissioned in legislative reform, teaches corporate and venture capital law, and is active in the venture capital, start-up and social entrepreneurship community.
Keyvan graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Vienna. He is a triple-qualified member of the bars of Vienna (Rechtsanwalt), New York (Attorney at Law), and England and Wales (Solicitor), as well as a commissioner of the examining board of the Vienna bar.
