Counsel

Edgar is a Counsel in the Vienna office. He co-heads the ESG Regulatory practice and has deep experience in corporate/M&A, real estate, and commercial litigation. Edgar advises investors, entrepreneurs and family offices on their investments and regulatory compliance.

His experience, both national and cross-border, includes complex and sustainability focused transactions and projects in different industries, including banking and finance, private equity, freight transport and logistics services, medical devices/engineering, automotive, and cleaning and security business.

Prior to joining RPCK, Edgar was counsel in various law firms in Vienna.

Edgar graduated from the University of Vienna and the Danube University of Krems. Since January 2003, he is admitted to the Vienna bar.
