RPCK advised on the formation of 2nd cycle, one of the first FlexCos. Business angels Michael Altrichter and Müller Guttenbrunn Group joined on day 1.

2nd cycle develops automated upcycling systems for used photovoltaic modules, efficient refurbishing of photovoltaic modules to extend their lifespan and the provision of sustainable solutions for the solar energy industry.

The founders waited for the introduction of the FlexCo on January 1 to use its new structuring options. Aside from shares as units and share classes, including company value shares (UWA) for employee benefit programs, authorized capital was created to accelerate future investment rounds.

The RPCK team also set up a § 12 private deed for the first time – as the transactional lawyers structuring not much additional effort.
