Senior Counsel

Raphaela is a Senior Counsel in the Vienna office. She focuses on corporate/M&A, real estate, and commercial litigation.

She has extensive deal execution experience, and has serviced clients in industries including financial services, insurance, life sciences and technology. Prior to joining RPCK, Raphaela was an in-house lawyer with ERGO Insurance, where she worked on insurance and corporate matters, and a corporate associate at Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte GmbH in their Vienna and Sofia offices.

Raphaela graduated from the University of Vienna. Since June 2014, she is admitted to the Vienna bar.
