As of August 1, 2022, all shares in the Seniorenzentrum Stadt Haag were acquired by the owners of the FOQUS Group by way of a share deal.

This generational change secures one of the most renowned private nursing homes in Lower Austria, where, in addition to 80 nursing places and assisted living in 65 residential units, elderly people are professionally looked after and cared for during the day.

In this transaction, the sellers were advised by Edgar Langeder (RPCK | Rastegar Panchal), and the buyers by Nikolaus Bauer (Renner Wildner Bauer).

The deal terms will not be disclosed.
