Founded in 2020, the Schwechat-based startup simplifies customs declarations for carriers, saving valuable time. They developed the virtual customs robot Dexter, an AI solution that takes over the entire process from transmitting customs documents to the final customs declaration.

The investment round for 2023 was going to end with two completed investments, but the start-up decided to accept a further investment from a Swiss private investor. The Digicust team was advised on this transaction by Keyvan Rastegar and Raphaela Pfeiffer.
