In this year’s ranking of the German legal journal JUVE, RPCK is represented for the 10th time in a row and our expertise in banking, finance and capital market law was once again awarded two stars.

As in previous years, our international know-how was emphasized as well as our increasing consultation on ESG and EU regulations as well as the new financing options of the FlexCo. In particular, Keyvan Rastegar‘s role in the legislative process for the introduction of the new corporate form in Austria was emphasized and RPCK’s longstanding work in the fields of venture debt and impact investing was praised.
