RPCK advised Yodel.io on a Series Preferred Equity investment of half a million Euros from the European Super Angels Club (ESAC), an investor network initiated by KPMG and Venionaire Capital.
The start-up founded by Mike Heininger, Mario Uher and David Heininger with headquarters in Vienna, London and San Francisco, introduced the first slack-bot for business-calls in 2016 and its artificial intelligence based technology serves a rapidly growing market.
This is the second investment round for Yodel.io within a few months. In March, RPCK advised Yodel.io on a EUR 225,000 pre-seed round for the company’s upcoming US expansion.
Yodel.io chose RPCK for its leading venture capital expertise and its experience in international deal structures (Austria-UK-US).
Keyvan Rastegar said: “We are delighted for the entire Yodel.io Team. Due to the founders’ and investors’ professionalism the entire transaction with all its international aspects closed within six weeks from the signing of the term sheet to the funds flow.”
Further deal terms have not been disclosed.
