RPCK advised the management team and stockholders of Rationalwave Analytics, Inc. in connection with its merger into Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY).  The transaction was structured as a reverse triangular merger, in which the Rationalwave stockholders received a combination of stock and cash.
