RPCK’s Vienna team advised on the formation of ViaLym FlexCo. This FlexCo formation was also a premiere, as this was the first time that the possibility of an online formation via the company service portal (USP) was used.

ViaLym was founded by Franziska Roth-Walter and specializes in the development of pet food supplements to accompany the treatment of chronic inflammation.

ViaLym is part of the Lower Austrian incubator accent, which we have been advising for more than a decade and whose start-ups we regularly support with formations, financing rounds and successful exits.
