RPCK advises levatis on its acquisition by Automic

RPCK advised levatis Software, a request and approval management system specialist, on its acquisition by Automic, a leader in business automation.

Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

levatis software solutions GmbH, based in Austria, is a company with ten years of experience in service request management and automation tools. levatis’ core products are web-based workflows powered by a strong process engine, which allow its customers to develop services connecting the non-IT world with IT infrastructure.

Automic, a leader in business automation, helps enterprises drive competitive advantage by automating their IT factory – from on-premise to the Cloud, Big Data and the Internet of Things. With offices across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, Automic powers over 2,600 customers including Bosch, PSA, BT, Carphone Warehouse, Deutsche Post, Societe Generale, TUI and Swisscom. The company is privately held by EQT.

RPCK’s team was headed by Keyvan Rastegar and consisted of Raphaela Pfeiffer and Katharina Rastegar. Automic was advised by Alexander Operenyi at Jank Weiler Operenyi.
