RPCK advised the space tech startup ENPULSION, the market leader for nano-satellites, on a new EUR 2.5m financing round including investments by existing shareholders and a bank loan facilitated by aws-backed gauratnees.

Recently, ENPULSION already raised capital of approximately EUR 3m which brought their nano-satellite propulsion system from the research laboratories to the production halls.

ENPULSION is a spin-off from a research and development cooperation with FOTEC Forschung und Technologietransfer GmbH. RPCK advised on the investment by FOTEC as well as in the negotiations of the licensing agreement.
