Senior Associate

Jen is a Senior Associate in the New York office of RPCK where she is a member of the firm’s corporate practice, with an emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. Prior to joining RPCK, she has worked on a broad range of corporate matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions, investments, governance and fund formation in the New York and London offices of global law firms, representing clients that included Fortune 500 companies, financial sponsors and emerging companies. 

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, where she was a Presidential Honors Scholar, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. A Seoul native, she has lived and worked across the APAC, EMEA and North America regions and is fluent in multiple languages.
