Since January 1, 2024, the new company form of the Flexible Company has been available as a real competitor to the GmbH and AG and is intended to create more flexible structuring options for companies.

In the AWAK live webcast, jointly organized by the Austrian Bar Association (ÖRAK), Keyvan Rastegar together with President Hon.-Prof. Gernot Murko gave an initial overview of the FlexCo and the professional law implications of the FlexKapGG.
