As of June 2014, Katharina is an attorney at law at RPCK Rastegar Panchal. She focuses on corporate/M&A, private equity and corporate litigation.

Prior to joining RPCK in 2013, Katharina was an associate at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte, staff member at the Austrian Takeover Commission and an assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She advises national and international transactions with private and public companies.

Katharina is a graduate of the University of Vienna and Harvard Law School. She regularly publishes on corporate law. Her dissertation „Die Unabhängigkeit des Aufsichtsrats“ was awarded with the Walther-Kastner-Preis.
