Katharina Oberhofer will join RPCK Rastegar Panchal as an associate in the Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, and Litigation practices.

Katharina brings extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law from her prior career as an assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a staff member of the Austrian Takeover Commission. Prior to joining RPCK, Katharina was as a corporate associate in the Vienna office of Schoenherr Rechtsanwaelte GmbH, where she worked on deals for public and private companies covering a wide range of industries.

Katharina graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Vienna and has published on corporate and takeover law.
