RPCK advised talentify on the cooperation with its Czech partner EDUin, to launch talentify.me in the Czech Republic, thereby reaching a significant milestone in the expansion phase of the social business. talentify offers peer-to-peer tutoring and mentoring for school  students  via its platform talentify.me.

RPCK also advised talentify on the hybrid financing round and on the equity investment by two venture funds, ASP Holding GmbH and Young Enterprises Media GmbH, in the summer 2016.
