RPCK advised Rickland Orchards, LLC on its acquisition by B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) for $57.5 million.  RPCK, via its predecessor firm Panchal Associates LLP, first advised the founders of Rickland, forming the company and later advised on its capital raising transactions.  RPCK then acted as general counsel to Rickland during the course of its meteoric growth, and finally as deal counsel on its successful sale to B&G Foods.
