RPCK advised ATW Partners, a New York-based investment firm, on the formation and launch of ATW’s second investment fund, which closed earlier this year, and will employ a hybrid venture capital / private equity investment strategy.
This is ATW’s second investment fund. ATW closed its first investment fund, which employed a similar strategy, in 2016.
Chintan Panchal, founding partner of RPCK’s New York office, said: “We’re very pleased to have been a part of the launch of ATW’s second fund. It was exciting to work alongside the ATW team as they deployed capital out of their first fund, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work closely with the ATW team as they diligence and invest in portfolio companies for this new fund.”
RPCK has deep expertise in venture capital and private equity investment transactions, as well as extensive experience structuring, building and launching investment funds on behalf of our venture capital and private equity fund clients.
ATW was represented by Chintan Panchal and Josh Teitelbaum (RPCK Rastegar Panchal P.C.).
