Associate

Tom Bealer is an Associate Attorney in RPCK’s Denver office. He advises early and growth stage companies, investment firms, fund managers and foundations on a range of corporate and finance transactions, with a focus on innovative impact investing transactions.

Prior to joining RPCK, Tom worked as a Legal Fellow at Techstars, a large global accelerator company with an investment portfolio of over 2,500 companies. At Techstars he evaluated portfolio company investment rounds, worked on a variety of compliance and in-house issues, and worked hand in hand with founders to complete legal due diligence for their participation in the Techstars’ accelerator programs. His experience with hundreds of start-ups has given him a deep familiarity with the challenges that start-ups encounter and the ability to identify and address common issues before they even arise.
