Of Counsel

Sheetal is a dynamic attorney and business executive with a diverse background and a passion for startups and emerging business growth. Throughout his career, he has worn various hats, serving as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, and General Counsel, and he now serves as Of Counsel in the firm’s venture and funds groups.

He has a broad skillset across strategy, management, operations, financial accountability, profitability, fundraising, and risk mitigation. He also has in-depth experience in venture transactions, corporate finance and contracting functions in addition to exceptional team leadership capabilities to drive core revenue growth.

In addition to handling his responsibilities at RPCK, he founded and currently runs his own management consulting firm in Houston, TX, called Vik Charles Consulting, which provides fractional executive services to startups and emerging businesses.

Sheetal resides in Houston with his wife, two sons and their two Italian greyhounds, Josephine and Maddy.
