Counsel
Sarah is a Counsel in the New York office of RPCK where she is a member of the firm’s debt finance practice. She is a former partner in the Global Leveraged Finance group of Milbank LLP where she specialized in domestic and cross-border syndicated and private debt transactions, including acquisition and bridge financings, buy-and-hold junior capital mezzanine financings, restructurings and other work-out transactions, recapitalizations, as well as debtor-in-possession and exit facilities, and other types of complex facilities. She has broad experience representing a wide variety of banks, direct lenders, and other financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Barclays Bank. Prior to joining RPCK, Sarah led A2’s sustainable finance work where she advised on sustainable finance developments and effective corporate human rights governance.
In addition to her legal practice, Sarah serves as a member of the International Rescue Committee’s Board of Advisors and as a Director of Save A Child Paediatric Network and is passionate about leveraging her expertise to advance the aims of international development and humanitarian aid.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia University and a Master of Laws in international law from the London School of Economics. A native New Yorker, Sarah currently lives in her hometown of Manhattan with her husband, two young sons and her rescue cat Charlie.
