Advisory Board Member

Helena Sprenger is a member of the Legal Advisory Board for RPCK. Originally from the Netherlands, Helena resides in New York and brings over 30 years of experience as a corporate finance lawyer.  Before joining RPCK in this role, she held a prominent position as a partner at the renowned international law firm Allen & Overy LLP, where she led the Dutch law practice in the firm’s New York office. Helena concluded her career as a practicing lawyer in 2020 after founding and leading the New York office of Houthoff, one of the largest Dutch law firms.

Helena’s practice focused on cross-border corporate finance, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily advising large financial institutions and corporations. She transitioned from active legal practice to utilize her skills in making the world a better place for people and animals alike. As part of that effort, she is excited to support RPCK in its mission to become a leader among impact law firms. She reunited with the RPCK founders, with whom she had previously collaborated at Allen & Overy LLP,  and is thrilled to work with them again.

Helena holds a Dutch law degree and a Master’s degree in Economics from Groningen University, Netherlands.
