Keyvan Rastegar was interviewed by Trending Topics on the government’s proposal to introduce the new corporate form of the “Austrian Limited” to make it easier and more attractive to set up a company in Austria. He spoke out in favor of the actual need to reform the existing GmbH, from the flexibilization of share classes, to the implementation of a pledge register (Immobiliarpfandregister) and to the debureaucratization not only of the formation process.
