On June 4, we attended the 2024 Grunin Prize for Law and Social Entrepreneurship Award Ceremony awarded by the NYU Law Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship and hosted at New York University School of Law.
We were beyond thrilled that RPCK was again selected as a finalist – this year for the contributions of Keyvan Rastegar to the new legal entity in Austria, the Flexible Company (FlexCo). You can watch our finalist presentation here.
We would like to thank the jury Deborah Burand, Jay Grunin, Helen Scott, Rachel F. Robbins, Steve Valdes-Robles and Amélie Baudot for recognizing our leading work on the FlexCo and bringing international attention to this reform of Austrian corporate law. We are proud of our team and look forward to working on further reform projects, supporting the government in creating a better legal framework for sustainable growth.
Thank you also to Anne Field for moderating an insightful finalist panel and my fellow panelists Charles Sweet (Morgan Lewis, Calvert Impact), Fernanda Mierez (TR Argentina S.A, Beccar Varela), Agostina Coniglio (Keidos) and Turgut Cankorel (Southeast Asia Clean Energy Fund II, IFC – International Finance Corporation).
Finally, a huge congrats to Calvert Impact and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP on winning this year’s award for their impressive work for Cut Carbon Notes.
