Senior Counsel

Simone is a senior counsel in the New York office. She has broad experience counseling public and private clients in connection with domestic and international corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

She has advised clients in a wide range of industries, both domestically and internationally. Simone represents clients in connection with all aspects of the formation, operation and sale of their businesses. She is also experienced in structuring and negotiating joint ventures, negotiating service agreements, representing both lenders and borrowers in asset financings, forming complex domestic and cross-border partnerships, and advising on venture capital and private equity investments.

Prior to joining RPCK, Simone practiced as a senior corporate associate in the Washington, DC of Bingham McCutcheon and as a senior corporate associate in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. She received her B.S. in Communications Studies from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Fordham University, where she was an editor of both the Fordham Environmental Law Journal and the Fordham Finance Securities & Tax Law Forum. Simone is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia.

In addition to her legal practice, Simone served as the Chair of the National Advisory Counsel and on the Board of Directors of A Better Chance, Inc., a national non-profit committed to providing education opportunities for talented youth.
