Keyvan is the founder of the Vienna office and advises in venture capital, corporate/M&A, and finance. He frequently helps investors and entrepreneurs achieve strong growth and game changing outcomes.

He is considered one of the leading cross-border experts on ESG-regulations in the EU and US.
Keyvan Rastegar is one of the leading experts on the new legal form “Flexible Company” (FlexCo) and was a key figure in its legislative process. Together with Katharina Rastegar and Rahim Rastegar, he is publisher of and co-author in the “FlexKapGG-ON” commentary at Manz Verlag.
Keyvan is frequently consulted by governments and industry groups in legislative reform, most recently in the implementation of virtual shareholder meetings, employee stock ownership taxation, in the international commercial litigation reform, and the rapidly evolving ESG regulation.
He teaches corporate and venture capital law, and is active in the venture capital, start-up and green/social entrepreneurship communities.
Keyvan graduated from Harvard Law School and the University of Vienna. He is a triple-qualified member of the bars of Vienna (Rechtsanwalt), New York (Attorney at Law), and England and Wales (Solicitor), as well as a commissioner of the examining board of the Vienna bar.
