Senior Counsel

Jeremy is a Senior Counsel in the New York office. He has over a decade of experience advising companies and individuals on complex dispute resolution, corporate governance, business litigation, and company formation. Jeremy is a member of RPCK’s deal team and a leader of its dispute resolution practice.

Jeremy provides strategic planning to founders, corporations, private equity funds and investors involved in high-stakes disputes for board control, divestiture, reorganization, acquisition and defense. He has deep experience resolving fundamental conflicts among stakeholders with tactical nuance, strategic discipline and clarity.

Jeremy offers deal guidance to companies and investors, with a particular focus on the dynamic business needs of entrepreneurs, startups, early stage and growth companies.

A seasoned litigator, Jeremy has extensive experience representing parties in complex commercial and securities litigation in state and federal courts. He has successfully defended numerous actions alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, management improprieties, and violations of intellectual property rights. He has conducted internal investigations for companies at every scale, from venture backed startups to Fortune 15 companies, in consultation with state and federal regulators including the SEC and Department of Justice.

Jeremy received his B.A. from Wesleyan University, majoring in Philosophy and graduating with High Honors. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to his work with RPCK, Jeremy was a white collar defense attorney with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.

Jeremy is also an active member of the tech community. He is a tech founder and advisor, an open source code contributor, a web and mobile application developer, and a technology consultant to entrepreneurs and startups.
