Jules is a Partner and Head of the Social Enterprise Practice at RPCK, which supports growth stage companies in the impact investing sector.

Jules is an experienced General Counsel, Board member and advisor, executive team member, Chief Compliance Officer, and ESG Leader. Throughout his career, he has advised Boards of Directors and management teams across diverse industries while leading legal and compliance teams. As a former executive team member, Jules advised on strategy, governance, corporate communications, ESG, risk management and fiduciary responsibility, helping accelerate business growth. With his passion for navigating change, Jules has helped lead companies through strategic transitions including IPOs, restructuring and transformational M&A. Leveraging his global perspective and keen governance lens, he has also counseled board and management teams to “grow with confidence” – without compromising legal or ethical principles.

At RPCK, Jules leverages his vast expertise as a global business leader on behalf of the increasing number of growth companies in the impact investing sector that require more sophisticated legal solutions to support, protect and drive their businesses. Jules is experienced in cross-border M&A and corporate finance, securities regulation, contract negotiation, IP and regulatory challenges, corporate communications, labor and employment, governance and compliance. His career spans global consumer products, information services and beauty industries, and he has managed transactions and regulatory issues in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Before joining RPCK, Jules held executive leadership roles as head of legal and compliance and Corporate Secretary at Gartner Inc., Coty Inc. and General Counsel of Colgate-Palmolive Europe and South Pacific. Prior to moving to Europe, he served as head of corporate legal and Secretary to the Audit Committee of Colgate-Palmolive Company. His earlier experience includes private practice in New York city focusing on M&A, finance and venture capital.

Jules has a BA from Harvard college and a JD from University of Virginia. He serves as a member of the Board of Mohonk Preserve and Spark Promise Inc. and is an active member of the Town of Gardiner, NY Environmental Conservation Committee.

Jules and his wife live between NYC and Gardiner, NY, where they enjoy outdoor sports like hiking, biking and tennis. They are also active impact investors having founded the Dunollie Fund, with a portfolio focused on economically viable climate and social justice solutions.
